Crew Leader / Operations Manager Position Summary The Mow Crew Member is responsible for performing routine lawn maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, and property clean-up. This role is focused on efficiency, consistency, and maintaining high-quality standards across all assigned properties. Essential Duties Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing services for residential and commercial properties Operate mowing equipment (zero-turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently Follow assigned routes and complete scheduled properties daily Maintain clean and professional job sites after service Assist with basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections Work closely with Crew Leader to ensure productivity and quality standards are met Identify and report property issues or customer concerns Core Competencies Ethics & Integrity

Qualifications & Experience Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required Basic mechanical and hand tool experience preferred Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues Ability to operate or learn landscaping equipment Strong reliability and ability to work on a consistent schedule Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Demands & Work Environment Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Completion of daily route within expected timeframes Consistent quality of mowing and property appearance Proper equipment usage and care Attendance and reliability
