In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing residential, commercial, and public landscapes through skilled groundskeeping, planting, and hardscape installation. Your energetic approach will ensure every project is executed efficiently, safely, and beautifully. Whether you're trimming shrubs or installing irrigation systems, your work will transform outdoor environments into vibrant, inviting spaces that inspire and delight. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy Operate ground maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, and landscape machinery safely and effectively Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for diverse plantings Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and pests to maintain healthy landscapes and implement pesticide management when necessary Execute hardscape projects such as installing pathways, retaining walls, patios, and other outdoor features with precision Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents during outdoor work activities Conduct routine inspections of landscape areas to identify maintenance needs or potential hazards Experience Proven outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance environments Mechanical knowledge of landscape equipment and hand tools for efficient operation and troubleshooting Familiarity with horticulture principles including plant identification and care techniques Experience managing irrigation systems and understanding their components for proper functioning Knowledge of pesticide management practices to ensure safe application when needed Ability to adhere to safety protocols consistently in outdoor settings Strong physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, operating power tools, and performing manual labor over extended periods Embark on a career where your skills make a tangible difference!
