Looking for a job working outside? We are hiring a grounds crew and general labor worker at a large apartment community in Grand Rapids. We are looking for someone who is self-directed that enjoys working with their hands and completing projects. What You'll Do Maintaining the general curb appeal of the property Picking up trash Weeding/pruning plants Changing out light bulbs Snow removal during winter months What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and own car to move about the property Ability to communicate effectively to work alongside management and residents Attention to detail Perform duties reliably with minimal supervision Positive appearance and motivation Ability to work outside in all kinds of weather Lots of walking and heavy lifting Apply Today!
