Job Description

As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, attractiveness, and overall upkeep of our apartment complex's outdoor areas, landscaping, and grounds.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as trimming hedges, and watering plants to maintain a visually appealing landscape. Keep outdoor spaces free from debris, litter, and other safety hazards. Perform regular inspections of outdoor areas to identify and address maintenance needs, such as repairing fences, and walkways. Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the beauty of the property. Use and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Maintain an inventory of landscaping and maintenance supplies and communicate needs to the management team. Respond promptly to any landscaping-related concerns or requests from residents.
