Full Job Description Position Overview:

Superior Landscape Companies is seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Commercial Lawn Maintenance Crew. Crew Members are responsible for maintaining high-quality landscape services for our commercial clients while working efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing Assist with landscape upkeep such as bed maintenance, pruning, and debris removal Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely and effectively Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks Maintain a clean and professional appearance on customer properties

Qualifications:

Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Valid driver's license is a plus
