  • Full-time Job Summary Landscaping Crew Member (Start July 20) Caesar's Lawn Care is hiring a Landscaping Crew Member starting July 20.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the smallest details, and wants to be part of a team that delivers high-quality results every day. No experience required. We will teach you everything you need to know. What we can't teach is work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Mulch installation Landscape bed edging Plant and shrub installation Gravel and decorative stone installation Cleanups General landscaping labor Other outdoor projects as assigned What We're Looking For Extreme attention to detail Strong work ethic Shows up on time every day Willing to work outdoors in the heat Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Important You must be able to start on July 20. We're building a team of people who care about doing the job right the first time. If you show up late, don't put in effort, refuse to work, or consistently produce poor-quality work after being shown how to do the job correctly, your employment may end immediately during the introductory period. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.
