This is a hands-on, outdoor position at a single, consistent job site — no traveling between properties. Flexible part-time hours make this a great fit for someone looking to supplement their income or work seasonal landscaping hours. Responsibilities Mowing community grounds, common areas, and unit lawns throughout the property String trimming around buildings, fences, mailboxes, and landscape beds Hedge and shrub trimming Operating a handheld or backpack leaf blower to clear clippings and debris from walkways, parking areas, and common spaces General landscaping upkeep as needed (edging, cleanup, light yard work) Safely operating and maintaining landscaping equipment Loading/unloading equipment from trucks or trailers at the start/end of shifts
