We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Lawn Care Crew Members. This role is perfect for those who have are detailed, enjoy working outdoors, and are looking to grow within the lawn care industry. Prior experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers Provide high-quality workmanship to ensure customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with customers and team members Maintain a strong work ethic and good attendance Qualifications Ability to work well in a team Flexibility to adjust to a varying work schedule Enjoyment of outdoor work Valid Driver's License Willingness to relocate to Bloomington, MN 55420 before starting work Compensation The pay for this full-time, seasonal position ranges from $18.00 - $26.00 per hour , with the potential for overtime.
