Best Irrigation is hiring reliable, motivated Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. If you have experience with irrigation systems and take pride in quality workmanship, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Install, maintain, repair and perform seasonal blowouts for residential and commercial irrigation systems Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and irrigation‑related issues Operate hand tools, power tools, and occasional light machinery such as air compressors Work independently and with team members to complete daily service routes Follow plumbing and electrical standards during repairs and installations Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates What We're Looking For Valid MN driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred experience in irrigation, landscaping, or related mechanical work - we can train the right candidate Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods Plumbing knowledge is a plus
