Job Description
Responsibilities Job Summary Join our maintenance team as a Lawn Care Crew Member! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful landscapes and ensuring outdoor spaces are healthy, and visually appealing. This job offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in lawn and landscape maintenance, equipment operation, equipment maintenance, and basic shop details. Looking for individual's that have experience or that are willing to be trained in routine lawn and landscape care, along with basic mechanical fixes such as blade sharpening, brakes and basic truck/bobcat/mower repairs. Wages will vary on experience, with opportunities to grow with the company. Valid Driver License, Health Card and 18 yrs of age is a must. Year round work can be available. Operate grounds maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools to keep landscapes pristine. Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming. Possible opportunity to snowplow or winter weather cleanup when necessary to maintain year-round outdoor safety and accessibility. Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not necessary (we will train) Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools is essential for efficient operation. Ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.
