In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces during winter conditions. Your expertise in landscape maintenance, snow removal, and grounds care will help maintain the safety and beauty of our properties. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to keep landscapes healthy and accessible throughout the winter season. Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, shovels, and blowers to clear pathways, driveways, and parking lots efficiently. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during outdoor work activities. Conduct routine inspections of grounds and landscape features to identify maintenance needs or hazards. Qualifications Proven experience in outdoor work, grounds maintenance, snow removal, or landscaping roles. Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and groundskeeping machinery. Ability to operate snow blowers, shovels, and trucks. Knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Prior experience with snow removal and grounds upkeep is highly desirable. Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
