Groundskeeper / Grounds Maintenance Technician Summit Management - Duluth, MN Summit Management is a locally owned and operated property management company based in Minnesota. We are currently hiring a full-time Groundskeeper to help maintain and care for our residential communities in Duluth, MN . This role is essential to keeping our properties safe, clean, and looking their best year-round. Job Responsibilities Perform daily grounds upkeep across multiple residential properties Lawn care including mowing, trimming, edging, and general landscaping Pruning shrubs, trees, and maintaining planting beds Basic irrigation system repairs and monitoring Snow removal, equipment operating, shoveling, and winter property maintenance Assist with seasonal projects and other tasks as needed to maintain curb appeal and safety Requirements Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions year-round Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience operating lawn equipment such as zero-turn and commercial walk-behind mowers Experience with skid steers or other heavy equipment Equipment maintenance or small engine repair experience Fertilizer applications, hardscapes, or tree care experience Schedule & Pay Full-time position, Overtime as weather requires (M-F 8AM-4:30PM) Pay range: $20-$25 per hour , based on experience Full-time company benefits: Health Insurance, 401K matching,
