About the Role Sawtooth Tree Service is hiring a Grounds Crew Member / Driver to support our tree care operations in the Twin Ports area. Our team focuses on high-quality arboriculture services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Do Support the crew with tree removal and site cleanup Haul brush and debris from job sites Operate equipment such as wood chippers Transport large logs and materials Drive company trucks (CDL is a plus) Perform physically demanding outdoor work (lifting, carrying, loading) Help keep worksites clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety standards and team procedures What We're Looking For Ability to handle strenuous physical work for long hours Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Willingness to learn and take direction Experience in tree care, landscaping, or similar work is helpful, but not required CDL license is preferred, but not mandatory Schedule & Pay 40-50 hours per week, with overtime opportunities Hourly wage ranges from $18.50 to $23.50 depending on experience Overtime pay available Benefits & Perks Workwear/equipment credit provided Work Schedule Monday through Friday 8-hour or 10-hour shifts Work performed at various job sites How to Apply Apply at sawtoothtreeservice.com/careers or call 218-310-4343.
