This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and is looking for seasonal work with a small company where your work makes a difference. What You'll Do Perform fall yard cleanups, including leaf removal and general property cleanup Rake, blow, and collect leaves and yard debris Trim shrubs and perform basic landscape maintenance Prepare lawns and landscape beds for winter Assist with winter property maintenance and snow-related work as needed Haul and dispose of yard waste and other materials Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Provide friendly, professional service at residential and/or commercial properties Perform other general landscaping and property-maintenance tasks as needed What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions Able to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Good attitude and willingness to learn Takes pride in doing quality work Able to work independently and as part of a small team Able to understand and follow directions Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience or grounds maintenance background preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to landscaping tools and equipment operation preferred. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, gardening, tree care, snow removal prefferred. Strong attention to safety procedures when operating power tools and ground maintenance equipment is required.
