This part-time Snow Shoveler position is perfect for individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working outdoors. Team members play a vital role in keeping sidewalks, driveways, and entryways safe and accessible for the community during winter weather. Responsibilities Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways, and entryways at various client locations using company-provided shovels and hand tools Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including both day and night shifts as needed Ensure all assigned areas are cleared of snow and safe for pedestrian use Respond promptly and be available on short notice when snow events occur Maintain a professional and reliable presence at all assigned locations Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor outdoors for extended periods Reliable transportation to multiple work locations Valid driver's license required Strong work ethic and dependability Previous snow shoveling experience preferred, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Compensation $25.00 $35.00 per hour , based on Crew Member or Crew Lead role, paid every two weeks.
