Equipment Operation — Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other lawn care equipment. Tree & Shrub Care — Support pruning, debris removal, and general tree/shrub maintenance. Customer Service — Represent the crew professionally while working on customer properties. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work in various weather conditions Clean driving record / valid Drivers License required Must have 1 to 2 years' experience required Comfortable working outdoors for full shifts Strong teamwork and communication skills About Express Employment
