Job Description

Landscape Crew Members:
We are seeking energetic, qualified individuals who want long-term careers working outdoors in the high end landscape industry. We specialize in designing and building large residential projects. These projects include swimming pools, paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, plants, sod, and irrigation.

Strong communication, organizational and project management skills. Demonstrate effective operating abilities. Keep accurate records and time tracking. Communicate and work with a team daily. Major Responsibilities/Activities Installation of materials as directed Always cordial and professional with team members Coordination between foreman and time management Install materials as directed Minimum Requirements Ability to drive directly to job sites around the metro area daily and on time. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the landscape and construction field. Pass a physical, and submit to a background check. Essential Mental Functions Ability to do simple math and read measurements Ability to follow safety rules and company policy Essential Physical Functions Able to lift 70lbs repeatedly for extended periods of time Ability to work in all weather conditions Equipment Used most often Electric and gas-powered small equipment Skid loaders, small excavators, front-end loaders Manual landscape tools Laser measuring tools

Seasonal Hourly Rate:
$20-40/hr. Compensation dependent upon abilities and experience.
