Job Description

Lead a maintenance crew keeping Twin Cities commercial and residential properties sharp all season. You'll own your route, your crew, and the standard — with a clear path into field supervision at one of the Twin Cities' premier design-build and maintenance firms (Woodbury's "Best Of" 2023 & 2024).

WHY YOU'LL WANT THIS JOB

$25-$36/hr, overtime eligible, plus a twice-yearly performance bonus up to 10% of your pay (~$5,000/yr) 3-10% annual raises plus merit increases as you hit benchmarks We pay for your certifications —

Pesticide Applicator, CDL Clear path to Maintenance Field Supervisor ($55K-$60K+) Best-in-class mowers and equipment — provided. We never ask our team to work with second-rate gear.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead a crew of 2-4 as the primary foreman — run the route, schedule, and delegate Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and spring/fall cleanups to the LNG standard Operate and maintain commercial mowers and equipment; complete daily equipment checks Communicate with clients and the office; complete daily reporting in Aspire / QB Workforce Set the pace and hold quality and safety standards for the crew

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Lawn/landscape maintenance experience, ideally with crew-lead or foreman time Valid driver's license; safe operation of commercial mowers and equipment Reliable, detail-oriented, strong communicator Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus High school diploma/GED
