The Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader position is ideal for experienced lawn care professionals who take pride in their work, enjoy leading teams, and are looking to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people. Crew Leaders play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service, promoting safety, and fostering a positive team culture. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a crew of two to five team members in daily lawn maintenance operations. Train, mentor, and support crew members to ensure high performance and professional development. Perform and oversee lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain properties to company standards. Conduct daily property inspections to ensure quality and address any issues or customer concerns. Operate and maintain commercial mowing and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Organize and maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment for optimal operation and safety. Promote and enforce company safety standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding property needs and opportunities. Complete required timekeeping and basic equipment maintenance tasks. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn maintenance or landscaping required. Leadership or crew management experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to safely operate commercial lawn equipment. Valid driver's license. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Compensation $22$28 per hour . Salary opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
