Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM About Us CJS Services is a growing professional tree care company serving the western Twin Cities metro. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a career in the tree industry. Responsibilities Assist with tree removals and pruning operations Drag brush, process logs, and maintain a clean, safe job site Operate chainsaws and other tree care equipment safely Work as part of a crew while following direction from supervisors Load and unload trucks and equipment Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Represent the company professionally with customers Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Current DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one Reliable transportation to and from work Physically able to lift heavy materials and perform demanding outdoor work Comfortable working in all weather conditions, including heat and cold Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team and take direction from supervisors Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Experience driving a truck and trailer Experience operating skid loaders, mini excavators, chippers, or other heavy equipment CDL (Class A or B) Mechanical aptitude or equipment repair experience Previous tree service, landscaping, or construction experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($22-$25/hour) Full-time, year-round employment Consistent Monday-Friday schedule Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Work with a professional team using modern equipment On-the-job training for motivated individuals If you're someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a hard day's work, and wants to be part of a team that values safety and professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.
