Job Description
We are hiring additional Gardeners for our 2026 Season! Do you love being outdoors and want to work with a company that values nature, avoids the use of chemicals, and supports clean water, clean air and habitat for pollinators, birds and other wildlife? Want to work with a fun, supportive and hard working team of like minded individuals? We are now hiring additional gardeners to join our talented team.
Tasks:
Working in crews of usually 2-6 people, you will maintain and install gardens for a wide range of clients in the Twin Cities area. Duties include planting, weeding, laying mulch, picking up nursery supplies, digging, leveling, moving plants, trimming bushes and small trees, laying stone paths.Timeline:
Our season typically operates through the end November. We have fun, and work hard. We will train you and provide tools, uniform and company transportation to job sites.MUST HAVE
- Reliable transportation to our company shop in Minneapolis
- Ability to handle lifting 40 lbs, bending, and working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Ideally, you have some gardening experience. Should know common names of common perennials and shrubs.
- A positive attitude, customer service focus and willingness to learn
Terms:
- Full time (+30hrs/wk) and Part time positions
- Monday
- Friday work scheduling with full time 4-day work week options for longer weekends
- Hourly, seasonal position with wages based on experience starting at $20/hr
- Sick and Safe Time Policy with Unused Hours Paid at Season's End
- Overtime for work over 40 hrs per week
