Opportunity to Grow into a Crew Lead Position Bakken Landscapes is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. We're open to both experienced landscapers and motivated candidates who are ready to learn. For the right person, this position offers a clear opportunity to develop into a crew lead role. What You'll Do Assist with landscape installation and property improvement projects Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials Install rock, mulch, edging, sod, and other hardscape or softscape features Safely operate hand tools and landscaping equipment Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Keep jobsites clean, safe, and professional Work closely with the crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard Take on additional responsibility as skills and experience grow What We're Looking For Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in changing weather Able to lift 50+ lbs and carry landscaping materials and equipment Willing to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team Takes pride in doing quality work Valid driver's license required Landscaping or construction experience is helpful, but not required Leadership experience or an interest in becoming a crew lead is a plus Pay and Schedule $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm Full-time/seasonal position Opportunities for additional hours Benefits and Perks Performance bonuses Simple 401k, with employer match Monthly allowance for work-boots, healthcare premiums, childcare, etc. On-the-job training Opportunities for increased pay and responsibility Clear path toward a crew lead position Accrual-based paid time off Paid major holidays Company apparel provided Team lunches provided weekly Why Join Bakken Landscapes & Design?
