Responsibilities Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including, edging, pruning, planting, building patios, retaining walls to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment such as power tools, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls by cleaning and minor repairs Identify plants accurately to ensure proper care and pest management; apply pesticides following safety protocols when necessary Support irrigation system installation, inspection, and repair to ensure optimal watering schedules Follow all safety procedures diligently during outdoor work to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening, tree care, and hardscape installation is advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and grounds maintenance equipment operation is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems and horticulture practices will help you excel in this role Ability to identify various plants and trees accurately; understanding of pesticide management protocols is a plus Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence while working with outdoor equipment and chemicals Embark on an exciting career path where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
