As a groundsman, you will be responsible for performing various tree trimming and care tasks, ensuring the health and aesthetics of trees while adhering to safety protocols. Responsibilities Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Assist in landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care and general landscaping duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working at heights or with heavy machinery. Skills Experience is preferred required. Anyone can apply. 18 years or older Proficient in tree trimming techniques and practices. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care techniques. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assessing tree health. Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions. Pay increases based on experience.
