About Us Forest Hills Country Club is a premier private club dedicated to providing exceptional golf, dining, and recreational experiences. We take pride in maintaining beautiful grounds and delivering outstanding service to our members. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our Grounds Maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining the golf course, clubhouse grounds, landscaping, and other outdoor facilities to ensure the club's property is safe, attractive, and in excellent condition. Responsibilities Mow, trim, edge, and maintain turf areas. Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and landscape beds. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehicles. Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs. Remove leaves, debris, and litter from club grounds. Prepare the golf course for daily play by setting tee markers, cups, raking bunkers, and course accessories. Assist with seasonal projects, including aerification, overseeding, mulching, and snow removal as needed. Follow all safety procedures and maintain equipment in good working order. Perform other grounds maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous landscaping, golf course maintenance, or groundskeeping experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
