Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM A fast-paced student housing community in Columbia, MO is seeking a dependable Apartment Groundskeeper/Porter to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working outdoors and indoors, and being part of a team that keeps the community looking its best. Responsibilities Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property Pick up trash and debris throughout the community Assist with apartment trash-outs and unit turnovers Move appliances and assist with make-ready projects Complete light maintenance tasks such as: Replacing light bulbs Changing smoke detector batteries Basic property upkeep duties Support the maintenance team during the busy turn season Help ensure common areas remain clean and presentable Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, warehouse, moving, or general labor experience is helpful but not required Compensation & Schedule $17-$18 per hour Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Weekly pay If you're looking for an active position with a great opportunity to gain experience in apartment communities, we want to hear from you.
