This is a full-time position at our Kelly Farms apartment community with a regular Monday-Friday schedule. Occasional weekend availability is appreciated, and on-call availability is required during winter weather events for snow removal. What You'll Do As our Groundskeeper, you'll help ensure our community is clean, welcoming, and well cared for by: Walking the property daily to keep the grounds clean and inviting Picking up litter and maintaining the appearance of outdoor common areas Cleaning breezeways, sidewalks, parking areas, shared restrooms, and community amenities Monitoring the property for maintenance concerns and reporting items that need attention Operating the trash compactor and assisting with waste management Helping maintain the pool area during the summer season Working alongside our maintenance team on community projects as needed Completing additional tasks assigned by the Property Manager This position focuses on the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community rather than landscaping or lawn care.
