Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Trimmer/weed eater Operator, Mower Operator, and Driver, where you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through expert tree care, trimming, and mowing operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in diverse environments, utilizing specialized equipment and techniques to ensure safety, efficiency, and aesthetic excellence. Your expertise will contribute to landscape beauty, and safety compliance across various sites. Responsibilities Operate trimmers, mowers, chainsaws, and truck and trailers with precision to perform trimming/weed eating, pruning, and mowing tasks. Perform rigging operations for tree removal or limb disassembly using appropriate safety protocols. Utilize Gps for mapping and planning work zones efficiently. Execute outdoor work tasks such as weed eating, mowing, hedge trimming, shrub shaping, and landscape maintenance with attention to detail. Follow strict safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure team safety. Assist with equipment maintenance and proper storage of tools and machinery after use. Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving lawn care, weed eating driving and site cleanup. Requirements Proven experience operating landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and driving trucks with trailers Heavy labor. Familiarity with gps technology for mapping or site planning is a plus. Strong outdoor work ethic with the physical ability to stand, walk, lift heavy tools or debris throughout the day. Growing experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care . Commitment to safety protocol adherence at all times during operations. Valid driver's license with experience operating a variety of vehicles including trucks or similar equipment preferred. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in outdoor environments.
