Responsibilities:

1. Mow weekly route making sure the weekly schedule is completed on a quality level. 2. Make sure customer concerns are addressed and accounted for before and after service. 3. Ability to sharpen and change blades on all mowers. 4. Ability to lead a small crew of 2 employees that you will be working alongside.

Experience Skills:

1. Ability to provide the customers with a clean cut with strait lines from the lawn mower. 2. Must know how to edge with a string trimmer 3. Have experience identifying areas in the property that may be a red flag. This meaning using good decision making in areas of the property that will require additional care. 4. Must have the ability to use good problem solving skills.
