Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring that landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. This role requires a combination of technical skills and hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, landscape and hardscape installations, and groundskeeping. If you enjoy working outdoors and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. We are looking for an individual who will gradually become a crew leader for our company. Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure properties are visually appealing. Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment effectively for various landscaping projects. Construct retaining walls and other hardscapes. Assist in building landscape features such as flower beds, paver pathways, paver patios, and decorative elements. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate landscaping machinery safely. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques. Ability to effectively use hand tools for various landscaping tasks. A strong work ethic with attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
