Responsibilities Walk the property and grounds daily Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the community Keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean Empty outdoor trash receptacles as needed Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues Help keep the property looking clean and presentable at all times Assist with other basic property upkeep as needed This is NOT a landscaping position. The primary responsibility is keeping the property clean and ensuring issues noticed while walking the grounds are reported promptly. Requirements Reliable and able to work independently Hardworking and attentive to detail Comfortable working outdoors and walking the property throughout the day Able to lift and handle bags of trash and other reasonable items Takes pride in keeping a property clean and orderly We are looking for someone dependable who notices problems and takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs attention.
