Job Description

Job Overview Join our stable and growing lawn and landscaping team as a Lawn Care Worker and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves performing a variety of landscaping and lawn care tasks to ensure properties look pristine and inviting. Each week will be different for work hours. Some weeks you will work 25 hours, some weeks 40+ and sometimes due to the weather, you won't work at all. Responsibilities Operate a weed eater, leaf blower and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain lawns. Perform edging, trimming, pruning, and tree care to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, fertilizing, aerating, and soil preparation Assist with leaf removal Follow safety protocols diligently during all lawn care activities to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment Skills Experience with landscape maintenance tools Ability to keep pace even after long hours and diverse temperatures Punctuality and time management Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape features is a plus for landscape enhancement projects If you're motivated by outdoor work challenges and eager to develop your expertise in lawn care—this is your chance!
