Once a part of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary's campus, the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury, MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.

Job Summary St. Theodore Catholic Church is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the parish athletic fields. The Groundskeeper is primarily responsible for lining and marking the soccer field, maintaining a clean playing area, and disposing of trash. This is a very part-time position averaging approximately 3 hours per week, with weekly hours varying based on the soccer field schedule and the need for field lining.

Job Responsibilities Line and mark the soccer field accurately and according to applicable regulations and field specifications. Repaint field lines approximately every two weeks during the season to maintain clear, visible markings without requiring complete field measuring each time. Pick up litter and empty trash bins while completing field maintenance. Dispose of collected garbage appropriately. Monitor field conditions and report any maintenance concerns, hazards, or other issues to the appropriate parish staff member. Properly operate and care for field-lining equipment and supplies. Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable athletic field area. Perform other groundskeeping or maintenance duties as assigned. Job Requirements Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately measure and mark athletic fields. Ability to safely operate field-lining equipment. Ability to lift and transport garbage from trash receptacles. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working outdoors. Dependable transportation and the ability to complete assigned duties according to the field schedule. Previous groundskeeping or athletic field maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
