Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining the beauty, safety, and functionality of our golf course grounds. Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, and trimming Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, chainsaws, irrigation systems, and other landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Conduct groundskeeping tasks such as aerating, fertilizing, and repairing turf to ensure optimal playing conditions Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, manual handling of materials, and the use of hand tools for planting, pruning, or debris removal Apply pesticides or herbicides responsibly following safety protocols to control pests and weeds effectively Qualifications Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, or golf course groundskeeping is preferred Ability to operate power tools safely including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Strong manual handling skills with the physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles or grounds maintenance equipment is a plus Availability Hours Some work on weekends and overtime may be required Join us in creating beautiful outdoor environments that inspire community pride!
