TEAM LEAD
Full-Time Weekend Availability Required PAY $10-18 per hour Grow With Us Williamson Nursery is a family-owned garden center passionate about serving our community and helping people create beautiful outdoor spaces. We're looking for a motivated leader who enjoys the outdoors, serving customers, and leading by example.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead daily nursery operations and support the team. Provide outstanding customer service and plant recommendations. Maintain healthy, organized, and attractive plant displays. Assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising, and special orders. Coach and encourage team members while maintaining a positive culture. Monitor plant health, watering, and nursery appearance.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Leadership experience in retail, horticulture, landscaping, agriculture, or a related field preferred. Positive attitude, dependable, organized, and self-motivated. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather. Passion for living life outside, creating community, learning new skills, and growing with a family-owned business.- ◆ •❀ •◆ •
