DOE About Us:
North Grounds Property Maintenance is hiring Landscape Bed Maintenance crew members to help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces across the Gallatin Valley. You'll work outdoors, making a visible impact by maintaining landscape beds, controlling weeds, and ensuring healthy plant growth. What You'll Do:
Weed Control:
Remove weeds from landscape beds to keep them looking neat and clean.
Mulching:
Spread and refresh mulch to enhance the appearance and health of beds.
Pruning & Trimming:
Maintain shrubs and plants to promote healthy growth and a polished look.
Plant Care:
Monitor plant health and report any issues to supervisors.
Debris Cleanup:
Keep beds clear of leaves, clippings, and other debris.
Equipment & Vehicle Care:
Keep tools and vehicles clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next job.
Crew Member Qualifications :
No prior experience necessary - just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn! Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general maintenance is a plus. Basic understanding of local plants and weeds is welcomed but not required. Ability to work 35-40 hours per week regularly, and on occasion 40+ hours per week during peak times throughout the season. Valid US Driver's License with a good driving record. Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. Must be able to stand, walk, and work in weather elements for up to 10 hours per day. A physical commitment common with normal gardening tasks.
Typical Work Schedule:

Day Work Week:
10-12 hours/day (Monday-Thursday) 3-Day Weekends (Friday-Sunday, weather permitting) Flexibility to work longer hours during peak seasons
