Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Landscaping Crew Member and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will assist in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial landscapes. Your hands-on work will involve operating various tools and equipment, performing landscape maintenance tasks, and supporting the creation of beautiful, functional outdoor environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape design while contributing to vibrant community spaces. Duties Assist with landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, excavators, and irrigation systems with safety and precision Support hardscape projects by helping install pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other structural features Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and maintenance Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal to maintain year-round landscape beauty Follow safety protocols during all operations and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards promptly Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with landscaping equipment and hand tools Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is advantageous Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently; experience with excavators or other heavy machinery is beneficial Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques Valid driver's license may be required for equipment operation or transportation purposes Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments that inspire!
