Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces! This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop hands-on skills, and contribute to a variety of landscaping projects. Whether you're involved in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or hardscape installation, your efforts will help transform environments and enhance community aesthetics. Duties Assist with landscape tasks including , trimming, planting, and pruning to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects Support installation of hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structural elements Perform lawn care duties including , edging, and snow plowing during seasonal changes Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering coverage Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth and tree removal Support general construction activities related to landscape projects while adhering to safety standards Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping and construction Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture is preferred Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or skidsteer is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work safely in outdoor environments Knowledge of landscaping techniques including tree care, irrigation systems, hardscape installation, and general garden maintenance Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills and supporting team goals This role offers an exciting chance to develop your expertise in landscaping while contributing to vibrant outdoor spaces.
