This is an opportunity to learn from skilled climbers, and build a career in the trade. We run professional, safety-focused crews and we take care of our people. Show up ready to work and we will invest in you. What you'll do Keep the chipper fed and the brush moving so the crew never slows down Run ropes and rigging support from the ground for the climber Haul, load, and clear debris, and leave every property cleaner than we found it Help maintain trucks, saws, and gear so everything runs right Keep the work zone organized, safe, and professional from first cut to final cleanup Who thrives here You work hard, stay dependable, and have a good attitude on the crew You keep your head on a swivel and take safety seriously You want to learn the trade and earn your way up toward climbing and crew leadership You take pride in a clean job site and a job done right Requirements Clean driving record. We pull a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) since you may be driving company trucks. Professional tree work experience preferred Able to handle physical labor outdoors in all conditions Emergency/weekend work may be required as needed
