Requirements:

1-3 years of landscaping experience; valid NC or SC driver's license with a good driving record; ability to repetitively lift 35 lbs

What You'll Do As a Landscape Crew Member (Landscaper / Groundskeeper), you will play a key role in maintaining beautiful commercial grounds across the Charlotte area. Perform daily grounds maintenance, including grass cutting, edging, and weedeating. Complete seasonal landscaping tasks such as mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs. Work collaboratively with your crew to ensure high-quality service and clean job sites. Ensure all equipment is operated safely and maintained properly. What You Bring To The Team 1-3 years of hands-on groundskeeping or lawn care experience. Valid NC or SC driver's license with a clean driving record.
