What You'll Do As a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member, you will bring outdoor spaces to life! Working alongside an awesome team, our Landscaper professionals tackle hands-on installation projects. Your daily tasks as a Landscape Technician will include: Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying fresh sod. Building retaining walls and laying pavers. Installing outdoor lighting and helping with irrigation systems. Handling other physical, rewarding outdoor duties as assigned. What You Bring To The Team 1 to 3 years of hands-on landscaping or outdoor installation experience. The physical capability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift. A great attitude, reliable attendance, and a love for working outdoors. A valid NC driver's license with a good driving record
