Landscaper Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional landscapes. The Landscaper will perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the health and aesthetic appeal of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas. Duties Mowing lawns to maintain a neat and uniform appearance Trimming, edging, and pruning shrubs, trees, and plants Planting new greenery, flowers, and other landscape features Removing weeds, debris, and trash from outdoor spaces Installing or repairing landscape features such as pathways, fences, or irrigation systems Applying fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides as needed to promote healthy growth Operating landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all landscaping activities Collaborating with clients or team members to meet specific landscape design goals Experience Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Ability to operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently Physical fitness to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role Join our team to help create stunning outdoor environments while enjoying a rewarding career in landscaping.
