Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! Responsibilities Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment including trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely and efficiently Perform lawn care duties like aeration, fertilization, and weed control to promote lush greenery Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers, or installing features such as patios or walkways Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments using appropriate tools Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting for leaks or blockages and performing minor repairs as needed Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways Skills Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot landscaping machinery and tools effectively Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Familiarity with land clearing equipment such as excavators and the safe handling of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and health assessment Ability to perform construction-related tasks like hardscape installation and site preparation Strong understanding of irrigation systems maintenance and snow plowing procedures Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety and maintenance standards This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor work who want to grow their skills in landscaping, construction, horticulture, or related fields.
