If so, read on! We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Groundskeeper for an apartment community in Durham, N.C.

Responsibilities include:

Daily grounds patrolling and routine preventative maintenance (trash pickup, pet station maintenance, blowing out breezeways, amenity cleaning and other duties as assigned). Pressure washing as needed. Assist with vacant apartment home turns. Assist Team with service requests in apartment homes. Customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day. Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license required. This position is Part-Time position - 20 hours per week.

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
