Duties Assist with daily landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to keep the course looking immaculate Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently Support irrigation system checks and minor repairs to ensure optimal watering schedules Perform general gardening duties like planting, weeding, fertilizing, and mulching to enhance course aesthetics Use hand tools for detailed landscaping work and minor repairs around the course Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and reporting any issues promptly Support overall land management activities including turf care, soil preparation, and landscaping projects Qualifications Enthusiastic about outdoor work with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Basic knowledge of lawn care, gardening, or landscaping preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the summer season Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Willingness to learn about horticulture practices, irrigation systems, and land maintenance techniques Prior experience with landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus but not mandatory This role offers an engaging summer experience where you can develop valuable skills in landscape maintenance while enjoying the great outdoors.
