Job Description
Position Overview U.S. Lawns is hiring reliable and motivated Crew Members to support daily landscape maintenance operations. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in their work, show up on time, and want opportunities to grow with a stable company. In addition to hourly pay, this position is eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses . What We Offer Monthly bonus incentives based on performance and reliability Consistent, year-round work Advancement opportunities within the company Team-oriented, respectful work environment Major Job Responsibilities Report to work on time each day Assist with loading and unloading equipment Remove trash and debris from landscape areas before servicing Perform landscape maintenance according to company standards Report property damage immediately to the Crew Leader Client Awareness Know assigned client properties Maintain a clean uniform and professional appearance Be courteous and respectful at all times Know how to respond appropriately if a client asks a question Quality Control Learn and maintain proper mowing patterns Use the correct equipment for each task Perform work that meets company quality standards Equipment Use Become familiar with company equipment, including mowers, blowers, edgers, and trimmers Learn preventative maintenance procedures Safely change and sharpen blades Understand proper fuel requirements for all equipment Safety Participate in company orientation and safety training Follow all safety rules and policies Attend and participate in tailgate meetings Use required personal protective equipment What We Are Looking For Positive, can-do attitude Team player who works well with others Takes initiative and looks for the next task Reliable, punctual, and dependable Willingness to learn and improve Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 60 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Exposure to noise, equipment, and landscaping materials
