Our Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader/Foreman would be responsible for overseeing the process and quality of job alongside other team members. Must Have Experience in Mowing, Trimming Weed Eating and Blowing. Must be able to Operate/Back Truck with Trailer. Have a Positive Attitude/ Work Well with Team Members/ Communicate Effectively. Should Have Strong Work Ethic, Be Motivated and Make Sure Tasks are Completed Safely and Efficiently. Driver's License Required. Must Have Experience as a Foreman.

Workdays:

Monday-Friday Full-Time 40 Hour Weeks Vacation, Personal Days, Vision and Dental Insurance, Aflac accident insurance and Short Term Disability options.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee Day-To-Day Operations and Delegate Work To Crew - this is a working position, so as the Foreman you are a part of the team! Make Sure Schedules and Service Expectations Are Meet. Providing Operations Manager with Feedback on Crew Members and Keeping Up With Time Logs. Identifying Client Concerns To Operation Manager and Assisting with a Resolution. Ensuring All Crew Members Perform Their Work Safely And In Accordance with Company Policies. Ensuring Equipment is in Proper Working Order, Logging Usage And preforming Regular Maintenance. Punctuality and Attendance are expected.

Must Be Able To Run/Use Various Equipment Such As:

Pruning Sheers Hand Pruners Sprayer Edger Machine Leaf Blower Chainsaw Pole Pruners Various Mowers(Including Walk Behind Mowers)

Required Knowledge Of Plants, Trees, Shrubs And Pruning A Plus Job Type:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
