Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces through skilled landscaping and groundskeeping practices. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work, combined with your technical knowledge of horticulture and landscape maintenance, will help us deliver exceptional environments for our clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills, and contribute to transforming landscapes into vibrant, inviting spaces. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor areas. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, irrigation systems, and hardscape tools safely and efficiently. Conduct landscape installation projects including planting beds, hardscape features, and garden layouts. Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents during outdoor work activities. Maintain grounds by trimming trees and shrubs, applying pesticides responsibly. Must have valid drivers license Experience Prior outdoor work experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is highly preferred. Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant identification, and landscape design techniques. Hands-on experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, power tools, and irrigation systems. Mechanical knowledge related to landscape machinery and troubleshooting equipment issues. Familiarity with safety procedures related to pesticide management, power tool operation, and outdoor work environments. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions while adhering to safety standards. After 90 days, pay reevaluation and qualified team members may also have access to heavily reduced rent on one of our rental properties as an additional benefit.
