Full-time About Us We are a small but fast growing Landscape company with many residential and commercial customers—all in or near Wake County. We also provide design and install projects across North Carolina. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality work, maintaining a proven safety record, and putting our clients first on every job. Position Summary We're looking for a skilled man or woman with previous lawn maintenance experience to take a hands-on leadership role in the field. This position requires someone who can operate zero turn and stand on mowers as well as weed eaters, edgers, and back pack blowers daily while also leading crews and managing site work. If you're a self-starter, who pays attention to the details, can hustle and complete a daily schedule, and who can run jobs from start to finish, this could be the perfect fit. Key Responsibilities Operate Landscaping equipment. Lead and direct field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to specifications, ensuring quality is a 10/10. Plan and coordinate daily site activities, equipment use, and material deliveries. Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks. Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce company procedures. Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members to keep projects on track. Train and mentor less-experienced crew members. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience operating landscaping equipment. Proven experience as a Foreman, Lead , or Site Supervisor . Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. CDL is a plus but valid drivers license and clean driving record is required. Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
