Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate outdoor groundskeeping activities. In this role, you will lead a team of lawn care technicians, ensuring high-quality landscape maintenance and lawn care services across various properties. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence in every project, including turf management, planting, irrigation, and pesticide applications. Job Details Monday through Friday work week, 7:00 - 3:30 Weekly pay via direct deposit 90 Day Probation Period Non-smoking employeer Company shirts provided Accrued PTO Sign on bonus after 6 months of employement Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of lawn care and landscaping technicians during daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to company standards Coordinate and oversee construction projects related to grounds maintenance and landscape upgrades Manage team schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to promote productivity and safety on-site Conduct plant identification, soil assessments, and landscape inspections to ensure proper horticultural practices are followed Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems, and installation tools with precision and safety awareness Oversee irrigation management to ensure proper watering schedules and system functionality for healthy landscapes Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment usage, and project progress while ensuring compliance with safety regulations Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening with a strong understanding of horticulture principles Supervising or team management experience in outdoor or groundskeeping environments Knowledge of landscape installation including knowledge of proper planting techniques in various soil conditions Familiarity with irrigation systems operation and irrigation management best practices Ability to identify various plants, pests, weeds, and landscape issues accurately Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively; valid driver's license with company vehicle operation preferred Outdoor work experience in diverse weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader where your expertise will shape beautiful landscapes while leading a dedicated crew.
